My dinner was at a legendary Horumon place in my town, Shirahashi Horumon. Sometimes I mention Horumon on my blog, Horumon is the bowel parts of barn animals, especially cows and pigs, kind of the trash parts in olden days. If you are not Japanese, you might be thinking " You guys eat the parts besides the meat in Japan? Disgusting!" It's OK, they serve the horumon of horse. You will say Uhhhh..., more disgusting?? But it tastes soo nice. The world is wide. Some country's people like to eat frog, snake, some creatures like that. It sounds disgusting, but if the people eat them, it means it tastes good, I think. Horumon is the same. Try it if you come to my town.
